We did a little visit to my parents' this easter, so I had to take a small break from writing. There wasn't really very much to report since I didn't play any games while I was away. I managed to get my mother, and my wife somewhat interested to Go when I showed them some basic tsumego from The Interactive Way To Go -pages. Hopefully I can play against them too some day.
Due to the circumstances surrounding my introduction to Go, I was delighted to also find out most of the games in the Hikaru's Go series, both manga and anime, have been identified and even have the kifus available as SGF-files. It'll be fun to study those games more in-depth than was depicted in the series, although I read they are not always 100 % same. But anyways I think I now have some study material to go through with. I might even learn something new.
I tried playing a small game a couple of days ago, but didn't have that much time on my hands so I was limited to only playing on a 13x13 board on KGS. I lost, badly. Not only was the opponent better than me, I made some pretty bad mistakes. I think it might have something to do with the fact I haven't had very much sleep this easter. I will have to try to fix my sleep rhythms so that I wouldn't get so dazed out and could concentrate better. Thus, no games for me today. I'll get some sleep first.
See ya soon! ^^ /gg!
European Go Congress, Toulouse, worse results.

Since I last wrote I have played seven games, and only won one. I am not
exactly happy about it, but it was not quite as bad as it sounds. On Friday
I play...
